Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Assist in kitchen operations, including ingredient prep, plating, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Take and deliver customer orders accurately and efficiently with a friendly demeanor.
- Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and ready for guests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and special requests professionally.
- Restock supplies and assist in inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (cook, waiter, or hospitality staff).
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and order-taking procedures is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
