As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, from guest services and staff management to financial performance and strategic growth. Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance).
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, occupancy rates, and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of hospitality professionals to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health/safety standards, and brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local partners to enhance the hotel’s reputation.
- Drive innovative guest experience initiatives, including loyalty programs and personalized services.
- Handle guest complaints and escalations with professionalism, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS, POS, CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
