Responsibility
- Operate and monitor food processing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare, measure, and mix raw ingredients according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished food products to ensure strict compliance with quality standards.
- Accurately pack, seal, and label finished products in preparation for storage and dispatch.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the processing area, adhering to food safety regulations (such as GMP and HACCP).
- Clean, sanitize, and perform basic maintenance of machinery and production tools.
- Report any machinery malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality deviations to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be fully sponsored and provided.
- Minimum Primary or Secondary school education, or equivalent.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (which may involve standing for long durations).
- Possession of a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is highly preferred (company sponsorship available for selected candidates).
- A positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good team player.
- Able to understand and follow basic instructions in English or Mandarin.
