Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the F&B unit, ensuring compliance with company procedures and service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and ensure cost-effective usage of resources.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality control in food preparation and service.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and implement corrective actions to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional strategies and menu updates.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to local health regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record in maintaining high service standards and resolving operational challenges.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and cost control.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
