Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily Food & Beverage operations across all resort outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of F&B staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in compliance with resort and industry regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and cost optimization to minimize waste.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and promotional offerings aligned with guest preferences.
- Ensure all F&B outlets adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including HACCP standards.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management, cost control, and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
