Responsibility
- Manage and optimize OTA listings (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.) to maximize visibility, conversions, and revenue.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand fluctuations to adjust strategies proactively.
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to balance occupancy and profitability.
- Forecast revenue and demand using data analytics tools and historical performance data.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align promotions, inventory, and guest expectations.
- Control operational costs while maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest and owner complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution and retention.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy) for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management, OTA listings, or hospitality sales.
- Proficient in revenue management software (e.g., Cloudbeds, SiteMinder, Opera PMS).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Deep understanding of Bali’s tourism market and seasonal demand patterns.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
