Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain performance and productivity.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
- Implement and enforce housekeeping policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, including staff performance and operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
