Responsibility
- Lead and manage the bar team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
- Develop and maintain an innovative beverage menu, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
- Monitor bar operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Implement promotional strategies to drive bar sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender in a high-volume establishment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and bar operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing unique drink offerings.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
