Responsibility
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew at all times, adhering to aviation regulations and company protocols.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high-profile clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Coordinate and manage in-flight catering, including gourmet meals, beverages, and special dietary requests.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of the aircraft cabin, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment.
- Assist with pre-flight and post-flight checks, including inventory management and restocking of amenities.
- Provide first aid and emergency response as needed, maintaining certification in safety and medical procedures.
- Collaborate with pilots and ground crew to ensure smooth operations and timely departures.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive client information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality or aviation role (e.g., commercial flight attendant, luxury yacht crew, or high-end hotel service).
- Certification in aviation safety, first aid, and emergency procedures (e.g., CPR, AED, and fire safety training).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight flights.
