As a key member of our F&B leadership team, you will oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and maintain the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery during peak and off-peak hours.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen liaisons to maintain service excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and collaborate with procurement to minimize waste and control costs.
- Enforce hygiene, safety, and Halal compliance standards in alignment with Islamic dietary requirements.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to enhance guest engagement and revenue.
- Prepare shift reports, sales analyses, and performance metrics for management review.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within F&B, preferably in hotels, resorts, or fine dining.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage multicultural teams.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Deep understanding of Halal food preparation and Islamic dietary principles (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is advantageous.
