Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery during peak and off-peak hours.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of F&B staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Implement and enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to align service timing and presentation with culinary standards.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service efficiency and consistency.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and themed dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in hotels, resorts, or fine dining establishments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and mentor staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of F&B service standards, etiquette, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP) is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
