Responsibility
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and presentation.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
