Note: Recruitment activities will be conducted offline, with preference given to candidates based in or near Bali for seamless onboarding.
Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations during assigned shifts.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all areas.
- Prepare shift reports, including sales, incidents, and staff performance.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and menu updates.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (preferred).
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
