Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B service operations, ensuring seamless execution of dining experiences across all outlets.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of service staff to deliver exceptional guest service in alignment with resort standards.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and resolution of service-related concerns.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and cost optimization for F&B supplies.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings meet quality, presentation, and guest expectations.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations and resort policies.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, banquets, and private functions to enhance guest experiences.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on service performance, guest feedback, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, including service standards, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP) is highly desirable.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
