Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the floor team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Monitor and enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and collaborate with procurement to minimize waste and control costs.
- Develop and implement SOPs for service, staff scheduling, and outlet workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Assist in menu planning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within F&B, preferably in hotels, resorts, or fine dining establishments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
