Responsibility
- Oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, ensuring consistent quality and service standards.
- Develop and implement innovative menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize procurement processes to maintain profitability without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as resort policies and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create memorable dining experiences and attract new clientele.
- Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategic adjustments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in F&B management, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
- Proven track record of leading teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Familiarity with POS systems, financial reporting, and budgeting tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the role.
