Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring adherence to brand standards and service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, control costs, and achieve budgetary targets.
- Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing F&B team, fostering a culture of professionalism and guest-centric service.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design innovative menus that align with market trends and guest preferences.
- Monitor inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all outlets.
- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to drive continuous improvement in service quality.
- Represent the brand at industry events, promotions, and guest interactions to enhance visibility and reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, cost control, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a guest-first mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
