Responsibility
- Oversee daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement innovative menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to enhance revenue and guest engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and supplier relationships to optimize profitability and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as local regulations and resort policies.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine offerings and exceed guest expectations.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in F&B management, preferably in luxury resorts or high-end hospitality establishments.
- Proven track record of leading teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, cost control, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and hospitality management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
