Responsibility
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests in restaurants, cafes, or resorts.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, well-maintained, and set up according to company standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring usage.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Willingness to be placed at any of our locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
