Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations and answering questions about food and beverage options.
- Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely delivery of meals and drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service, including arranging table settings and decor.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
