Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests in restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
  • Assist in setting up, serving, and clearing tables with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and cocktails, adhering to brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation in compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
  • Support event setup and breakdown for banquets, conferences, and private functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within hospitality (hotels, resorts, or fine dining preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and beverage preparation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and order management is an advantage.
