Responsibility
- Safely and efficiently deliver food and catering orders to customers across Bali.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with customer expectations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery and handle any discrepancies professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Assist with loading and unloading of catering equipment and food products.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any incidents or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery or logistics is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 20 kg).
- Familiarity with Bali's roads and traffic patterns is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
