Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts to drive FMCG product sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
- Conduct market visits, product demonstrations, and promotions to boost brand visibility and demand.
- Monitor inventory levels at assigned outlets and ensure timely restocking to prevent stockouts.
- Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to retain clients and foster long-term partnerships.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales, retail, or field sales (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.
- Own motorcycle (SIM C) and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
