Responsibility
- Drive sales growth by actively promoting and selling FMCG products to retailers, distributors, and key clients across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competition, identify new business opportunities, and gather market intelligence.
- Execute in-store promotional activities, merchandising, and product displays to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement regional sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, market feedback, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales, retail sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, including product knowledge, market dynamics, and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic sales reporting tools.
- Ability to travel extensively within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Possession of a valid driverâs license and access to a motorbike or car is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
