Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned Northern Region (Bali), focusing on key areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in FMCG sales, retail sales, or business development, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, including market trends, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region (Bali) to meet clients and attend events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must; additional languages are a plus.
