Responsibility

  • Manage and expand a designated sales route, ensuring full coverage of assigned territories in Bali.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for FMCG products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts to drive repeat business.
  • Monitor inventory levels at client locations and coordinate restocking to prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Conduct market visits to gather competitor intelligence and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including daily call logs, order summaries, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, merchandising, and in-store activations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, route sales, or field sales, preferably in Bali or a similar market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (additional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
  • Proficiency in sales tracking tools, CRM software, or mobile sales apps is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Physical stamina to handle long hours on the road and lift/move products as needed.
