Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Present and demonstrate Byteering’s tech solutions, tailoring pitches to client needs and pain points.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in IT/tech solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise software solutions is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit support provided for eligible candidates).
