Responsibility
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, supervise stock replenishment, and ensure accurate display of products.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling procedures and perform daily settlement reports.
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or floor management role is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and POS (Point of Sale) software.
