Responsibility
- Oversee daily floor operations, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring to ensure smooth store functionality.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising, product displays, and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain team, and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance brand reputation.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives for store growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management or floor supervisor role, preferably in a high-volume or premium retail environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional local language proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Proficiency in POS systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
