Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the floor team, including servers, hosts, and support staff, to maintain high standards of service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, including supplies and equipment, to minimize waste and control costs.
- Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to enhance team performance and service quality.
- Prepare shift reports, including sales data, guest feedback, and operational highlights, for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food service.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
