Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end fleet repair and maintenance process, ensuring timely and quality service.
- Liaise with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns related to fleet operations.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure repairs are completed accurately and vehicles are returned promptly.
- Monitor fleet performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance, repairs, and operational costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unexpected breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards for fleet operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards for fleet operations.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
