Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
- Monitor and maintain fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, maintenance schedules, and compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including delivery schedules, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols for fleet operations.
- Optimize route planning to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- Assist in the procurement and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment.
- Provide regular reports on fleet performance and logistics operations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local and international logistics regulations is a plus.
