Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all company vehicles, including registration, insurance, and service histories.
- Coordinate vehicle assignments, scheduling, and dispatch to ensure optimal fleet utilization.
- Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local traffic laws, vehicle safety standards, and company policies.
- Liaise with vendors, mechanics, and drivers to facilitate timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Prepare reports on fleet performance, incidents, and budget adherence for management review.
- Implement and enforce driver safety programs and conduct regular vehicle inspections.
- Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and disposal of old ones, including negotiations and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in fleet management, vehicle administration, or logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, local traffic regulations, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and fleet management software (e.g., GPS tracking, maintenance systems).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geographic and traffic conditions is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
