Responsibility
- Monitor and manage GPS tracking systems to ensure real-time fleet visibility and operational compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver assignments.
- Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to optimize route planning and reduce downtime.
- Generate and analyze fleet performance reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure all vehicles meet regulatory and company safety standards through regular inspections.
- Handle administrative tasks, including vehicle registrations, insurance, and licensing.
- Respond to GPS alerts and resolve discrepancies in tracking data promptly.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot GPS hardware/software issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet administration, logistics, or GPS monitoring.
- Proficiency in GPS tracking software and fleet management systems.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance schedules is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali (accommodation provided for non-locals).
