Responsibility
- Manage and execute all administrative paperwork to ensure compliance and smooth daily operations.
- Monitor, order, and track office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and cost-effective.
- Coordinate and track supplier orders, maintaining strong vendor relationships and timely deliveries.
- Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital documents for easy retrieval and record-keeping.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Support financial processes by preparing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management.
- Provide general administrative support to team members and management as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
