Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to HR, Academic, and Marketing departments, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff and teams.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners, to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and training sessions, including venue booking and material preparation.
- Support recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administrative or office support role, preferably in HR, Academic, or Marketing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
