Responsibility
- Lead and manage all general affairs operations, including facility maintenance, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and school standards.
- Oversee budget planning and cost control for administrative and operational expenses.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, and academic departments to support institutional goals.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for students and staff.
- Manage contracts, leases, and service agreements for school facilities and resources.
- Supervise a team of administrative and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Liaise with government agencies, community partners, and external stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs, operations, or administrative management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, procurement regulations, and facility management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and budgeting tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
