Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee fit-out projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Liaise with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, including cost estimates, timelines, and risk assessments, to stakeholders.
- Manage procurement of materials, fixtures, and furnishings, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project schedules.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to showcase completed projects to potential clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies in fit-out and interior design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fit-out project management, real estate, or interior design.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software (a plus).
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with clients and vendors.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions for project requirements.
