Based in Canggu, Bali, you will collaborate with a diverse, high-performing team to identify opportunities, enhance client satisfaction, and contribute to UOB’s mission of being the bank of choice in Asia.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service and relationship growth.
- Develop and implement strategic financial solutions tailored to client needs, including investment, credit, and wealth management.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities and expanding the client base in Bali and beyond.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Private Banking, Treasury, Risk Management) to deliver integrated financial services.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to provide proactive advice to clients.
- Ensure compliance with UOB’s policies, local regulations, and international banking standards.
- Mentor and coach junior relationship managers to enhance team performance and client retention.
- Represent UOB at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to strengthen the bank’s brand and reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in relationship management, private banking, or corporate banking, with a proven track record in client acquisition and retention.
- Strong understanding of wealth management, investment products, credit analysis, and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and experience in the Southeast Asian market is highly desirable.
- Proficient in CRM tools, financial modeling, and data analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a client-centric approach.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
