Responsibility
- Manage and maintain methodology documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine methodologies for optimal performance.
- Provide night shift support to global teams, ensuring timely resolution of methodology-related queries.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement in existing methodologies.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to onboard new team members on methodology processes.
- Monitor and report on methodology performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new methodologies to support business growth.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements in all methodology-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in methodology support, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and methodology management tools.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of banking and financial services regulations is a plus.
