Shopee, the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, is looking for a dedicated First Mile Supply Support to join our SPX Express team in Bocaue, Bulacan. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that the first-mile dispatch process runs seamlessly from origin to hub.
As part of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating vehicle supply, communicating with transport partners, and verifying truck assignments to meet strict delivery timelines. Responsibility
- Monitor and execute daily dispatch plans to ensure timely vehicle availability.
- Coordinate closely with transport providers and internal stakeholders to verify truck assignments.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to supply shortages or transport delays.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for vehicle movements and trip scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and sorting center teams to optimize flow.
- Perform daily audits of dispatch performance and supply utilization metrics.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to boost first-mile efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain support is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Applicants willing to work onsite in Bocaue, Bulacan are highly preferred.
