Responsibility

- Lead demand forecasting and inventory management processes to ensure alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to streamline operations and enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Utilize advanced supply chain software and tools to track shipments, manage orders, and generate reports.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the global market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain analytics.
- Strong proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
