Responsibility
- Lead product planning and development strategies for EV models tailored to the Indonesian market.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and regulatory teams to ensure vehicle homologation and compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Develop and implement localization strategies to adapt EV models to regional preferences and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to optimize production processes and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and present product proposals, business cases, and progress reports to senior management.
- Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform product roadmaps.
- Support cross-functional teams in resolving technical and logistical challenges during product development and launch phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Automotive Technology, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of automotive industry standards, regulatory requirements, and homologation processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
