Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, including labeling and stock rotation.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and improve workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or similar roles (fresh graduates with enthusiasm are encouraged to apply).
- Physical fitness and ability to lift/move heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Willingness to work in day/night shifts and overtime as needed.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Immediate availability to start work is highly preferred.
