Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, contracting, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a government-linked or multinational organization.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.
