Responsibility
- Design and implement efficient internal logistics processes to streamline material flow within manufacturing and warehousing facilities.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions for operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to enhance logistics efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards in all logistics operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on logistics performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
