Responsibility

  • Provide expert customer support for financial services and investment products, ensuring compliance with FINRA regulations.
  • Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction processing, and product recommendations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Leverage your FINRA Series 6 license to educate customers on investment options, risks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and compliance documentation.
