Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to luxury fashion clients in the AUNZ market.
- Handle inquiries, orders, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities for luxury brands.
- Fluent communication in Mandarin and English to cater to diverse clientele.
- Stay updated on luxury fashion trends and brand knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion brands is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali.
