Responsibility
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest and schedule appointments.
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for appointments set and calls made.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
