Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Leverage your FINRA Series 6 license to assist clients with financial products, services, and regulatory compliance.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Active FINRA Series 6 license (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services or call center industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other customer service tools.
- Experience with financial products, services, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Ability to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
